About Us

Jordan and Calen Campanella grew up in Du Quoin, Illinois. Their mother, Kathy (Rednour) Campanella, was from Cutler, Illinois, where her parents, John and Wanda Rednour, began working in the steel business before embarking on a life full of public service including John Rednour serving as the Du Quoin mayor for 24 years. Kathy retired after 34 years of teaching business classes at Du Quoin High School and is now helping out the family law firm as Campanella and Campanella’s secretary. It is not unusual for the majority of our clients to be former students of Kathy’s. Their father, James Campanella, was born and raised in Du Quoin, Illinois where his parents, Carl and Lenora Campanella, ran a mom and pop grocery store known as Campy’s Market for 54 years. Jim after practicing law in private practice for 20 years, became the resident Circuit Judge in Perry County, Illinois in 1995 and is entering his 19th year on the bench.
